What you still pay with the minimum
Kentucky's minimum is 25/50/25 liability coverage: $25,000 for each injured person, $50,000 for all injuries in one crash and $25,000 for other people's property damage.
The other people are covered by liability. You pay for repairs to your own car unless you add collision.
Any crash costs above your limits may be claimed from you. Buying higher limits usually costs far less than the extra protection you get.
