In Ohio, at least 25/50/25 liability coverage is required. It provides $25,000 for each person hurt. For everyone hurt in one crash, the limit is $50,000. Damage to other people's property has a $25,000 limit.
Ohio is an at-fault state. A driver who causes a crash pays through that driver's liability cover.
