What you still pay with the minimum
Washington's minimum liability is 25/50/10. Each injured person is covered for $25,000, all injuries in one crash for $50,000, and damage to other people's property for $10,000.
With liability, the other people get paid. Unless you add collision, you pay for repairs to your own car.
Costs that go beyond your limits after a crash can be claimed from you. Buying higher limits usually costs far less than the extra protection you gain.
