Coverage provided by each amount
For liability coverage, Arkansas sets a minimum of 25/50/25. Each person hurt receives up to $25,000, while everyone hurt in one crash receives up to $50,000. Damage to another person's property has a $25,000 limit.
These limits often don't cover what medical bills and a newer car cost. You can be asked to pay amounts above these limits, so many drivers pick 100/300/100 instead. The average annual cost for an Arkansas liability policy is $586.
If you drive with no insurance
Driving without insurance in Arkansas can result in losing your license and registration. You may have to provide proof of insurance for several years to get them back.
